The low FODMAP diet can be challenging but this helpful food list makes the diet so much easier to follow. Simply have a read of the list to familiarize yourself with what you can and cant eat. During the elimination phase try to restrict high FODMAP foods from the bad list and try and eat the low FODMAP foods from the good list.
