CLEVELAND, Ohio Recreation centers across the city that have been shuttered for months will reopen Monday, but with new safety requirements in place to try to prevent spread of the coronavirus. Those new requirements will limit how many people can enter the building, require visitors to register ahead of time to use exercise rooms and pools, mandate masks for all staff and visitors and keep some programs, like group sports, from happening at all. A new clinical study has found that telecardiac rehabilitation (tele-CR) can improve adherence and exercise capacity among patients of cardiac rehabilitation, providing a viable alternative to center-based rehabilitation programs, according to a Thursday press release from Datos Health, a provider of hospital-grade automated remote care and telemedicine platforms.
