Not only that but protein shakes are a great way to help build and repair, especially after tough and grueling workouts.

She can afford the finer things in life, like multiple trainers. Lopez explained the benefits with Hollywood Life;

"When I'm in New York, I work out with David Kirschhe's an amazing trainer," she told Hollywood Life. When I'm in LA, I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body."

Despite Jenifer Lopezbeing very strict with her diet, she did admit that avoiding restaurants just isnt her thing.

Lopez stated that she lives a social life and wont deprive herself of that because of a diet. Shell always find healthy alternatives on a menu, no matter where she is.

Those are the words from J-Los trainer with People magazine, as he details the foods J-Lo tends to lean towards. Organic foods are almost always found in Lopezs diet.

Like so many other celebs, a big focus for J-Lo includes working a sweat in the gym, a big way to do so is by circuit training.

This method of working out usually features lots of exercises consecutively, with a lack of breaks in-between. It definitely gets the heart and muscles going.
